We continue this week with more of the basic rules for chat room etiquette, this time specifically for our bingo chat rooms:
- Remember that no offensive or abusive language is tolerated in the chat rooms. A monitor or more exactly a ‘Chat Master’ (CM) or ‘Chat Host’ (CH) will issue you a warning if your language is inappropriate; the CM/CH and can also momentarily kick you out of the room or even ban you permanently. So if you feel you are getting upset for whatever reason it is better to leave the room for a while.
- Complaining is not tolerated on our bingo chat rooms. It is much better for you and the ‘roomies’ if you issue any complaints to Customer Service via a Help Desk ticket or by e-mail; even if it is a complaint about something regarding the chat room or a ‘roomie’. Customer Service will listen to your concerns and or complains and will make everything possible to resolve the issue.
- It is not permitted to exchange account information in the chat rooms. Our chat rooms are for playing chat games while playing bingo. If you are looking for a different kind of conversations we suggest you join any of the other chat rooms in internet that will suit your interests best.
- We do not allow mentioning or discussing any other online bingo sites in our chat rooms. There are special forums for those purposes, those sites will allow you to post your opinion about your favorite or less favorite bingo sites.
- It can be very annoying to have roomies soliciting you while you are trying to enjoy your bingo games so please avoid soliciting, or asking or hinting for a loan in chat.
