Withdrawal (Payout) Options
Withdrawal requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST Wednesday in order to be processed on Thursday. Withdrawal requests received after the deadline will be processed the following week. Payout costs are deducted from the redemption amount requested by the customer at the time of processing. The minimum withdrawal is $25. All accounts must have a correct valid contact phone number listed in their account
information. Use of an invalid phone number is grounds for forfeiture of any and all winnings. Contact information can be corrected via the 'Profile' option after login.
If you have made Credit Card deposits, please note that due to the new Visa and
MasterCard rules we will no longer be able to issue credit backs to credit card accounts.
This new Visa and MasterCard rule applies to all online Casino's and Bingo sites. This being
the case all customers must send a Credit Card Authorization Form along with a copy of a valid picture ID and a copy of the credit card used to fund their account before we can process any redemption requests. A request will be sent by accounting department to the
email address registered to your account.
In order to send a bank wire transfer, payments must be $1,000 USD or more and there is
